Plenty of people book straight in. Plenty take a few months. If something's been holding you back, it's usually one of these — and none of them are unusual.
How do I explain what I want?
You don't need the words for it. Point at the mirror and say "this bit bothers me." That's genuinely enough — working out the rest is the job we trained for.
Will it be obvious?
It shouldn't be. People tend to say you look well and guess sleep or a holiday. Your nurse places it so you keep your expressions — if someone can point at your forehead and name it, we did it wrong.
Will I be talked into more than I came for?
No. Nobody here works to a sales target. If we think you need less than you booked — or nothing at all today — you'll hear that, and it won't be awkward.
Do I need a reason to want this?
No. Most people apologise a little when they explain why they're here, and none of them need to. Wanting to feel good in your own face is reason enough.

Is $5.99 a unit really the price?
Yes, at fifty units — $299.50, against $500 at our normal $10 a unit. Forty units is $8 each. It's our fifth birthday and it's the best rate we've run. No membership, no package.
How many units will I actually need?
Fifty is what a full upper face usually takes. Your nurse gives you the number, the rate and the total before anything happens — including if she thinks a smaller treatment suits your face better.
Does it hurt?
It's a quick sting, several times over a few minutes. Most people are surprised how fast it's over, and the appointment is mostly talking anyway.
How soon will I see it, and how long does it last?
About a week to settle, best at two weeks, and it fades over three to four months. We check in with you at two weeks specifically so we can adjust while there's still something to adjust.
Am I too young for this? Too old?
No, and no. We treat people from their twenties into their seventies and the treatment is different at each end. There's no correct age to start and no point at which it stops being worth it.
What if I don't like it?
It wears off — that's the honest answer. Botox isn't permanent. And the two-week check-in exists precisely so we can soften or balance something while it still matters.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, please do. Partner, friend, your mum, whoever makes it easier. Plenty of people bring someone to the first one and come alone after.
